Please disregard my previous comment. I figured out how to access the new content and feel dumb. Thanks for the update! My save was at work and I had the last 3 weeks off. I'm glad to see there was new content when I came back.
I don't see any new areas to access in the latest update. I refinished the Function Island rite of passage but I don't see any new areas past Function Zone 2.
