Is there a better solution for a corrupted savefile, that causes the game to crash after loading, than deleting the savefile? After having 35k angel investors, restarting with 0 would totally suck.

I survived Ragnarok on day 17 :D I had a lvl 19 Noble with a laserpistol, 2 partymembers (rifle and grenadelauncher) several grenades and a holy grail when they just started shooting. that pushed my lvl 19 noble to lvl 27
