The only way a game is going to get badges is if the badge API is in the game itself. If the API isn't there, neither will the badges be. Laying siege to the game comment pages with demands for achievements accomplishes nothing except someone possibly accusing you of being a troll.
Decent idea, but the only team that really takes any work to beat is the Tech Team. Just pick one member of that team and don"t let up until they are on the ground in a blood-stained heap. As for any others, just run around holding down "x," and pressing "w" as battery allows. Easy peasy.
Good concept with serious flaws. For one, the flashlight idea gets tiresome; flashlights cast an area of light, not a 60-degree cone directly in front of you. For two, the weapons are imbalanced. I can complete entire levels using only the revolver, it's that damn powerful. Third, make sure you have enough space for the entire level description. Finally and foremost, for the love of all things sane, FIX THE LEVEL BUG! Do you know how suckish it is to tactically clear an entire apartment building, and then have to restart the level because someone screwed up on the level coding?! Pain in the ass. That said, I like how you can respond to calls in any order you like, and how the main battles separate the city into areas. It's pretty cool how you can read the level descriptions and sometimes glean clues about how many brainbuckets you're up against. To restate myself, good game, but needs work.
This game is needlessly difficult. Your adversaries are wayyyyy better equipped than you. Most of them seem to destroy about 100 asteroids in the first 15 seconds, and get way more asteroids thrown at them than you do, basically making it impossible to win.
Personally, I think deploying less troops to win a battle should be a GOOD thing. Tactical reason: It shows you can use troops more effectively than the enemy. Practical/realistic reason: You are risking the lives of less troops, but you still win the battle.
This game is a step up from the first one. It really stresses quality over quantity with troops, and you have to actually think about where to place them. It's been around for a couple weeks, and I am surprised Kongregate did not pick it up sooner. Then again, I guess it is the developer's decision on where to release it. But please, make haste with the achievements.
