My books aren't earning income. The bar is paused and there's a little tan clock there. I have no idea what this is supposed to indicate? I cannot even afford clocks yet?
Used 6 1-day boosters and 8 6-hour boosters, plus a dozen 30 min boosters...didn't finish event. T_T The money jumps between the final items were like 3 workshop levels' worth of increased income.
Thanks for the feedback. You should consider to make a reset even when you don't have enough money/fame for a level up. You can still get and save fame points this way.
In general it isn't easy to balance the game for every type of player. I hope you enjoyed the event anyway!
It wasn't necessary in prior events...though I seem to have encountered the same glitch where paying gems for min/max improvement didn't actually improve the margins?? Think it's break time.
I assume it just seems like this, because the min/max move after a roll. So when you roll the minimum reward, the green arrow indicates the position of the previous min reward, while the min arrow moves to the right one spot to indicate the min reward of a re-roll.
But please create a bug report, when you encounter this again after the 3.3 update.
Thanks for the feedback. You shouldn't forget that a mission is much easier compared to an expedition.
The 3.3 update will introduce the missions to the main workshop and will have some changes. Most importantly you will be able to move the min/max sliders. The distance between them is still fixed, but you can optimize the sliders for your desired reward. Another change is, that the order of rewards is more mixed, so that you can get for example a blueprint much easier.
I will see how I can change or improve the rewards for the next event, so that you gain more rewards during an event again.
The new event system greatly reduces the rewards for leveling up. It's either crafting lore or blueprint chance, instead of both. The benefit for events is halved. :(
I liked the game, though I'm not sure why the thief didn't show up at our house. I was hoping we'd help train him into a career as an adventurer, so he can provide for his family honestly. It'd be nice if the choices didn't have obvious 'right' answers. Why offer a choice at all then?
The books are a little... unusual.
