Aug 25, 2016 9:09pm In Fractured 4, there is a level where you can drop down from the upper left and hold right to move inside of the area you need to end the level, but you don’t land on safe footing and so you die. The combination of the two gives me the next level, but everything but the outlines of the puzzle pieces are black.

Nov 24, 2014 9:53pm Thanks for the response about the new update. It’s certainly a good start. Eg: you have 1205 coal, 560 stone, 10 diamond, and 2 gold – and you can say sell all, or tick a checkbox to auto sell all coal or whatever. This would make the 4th upgrade make more sense (dig deeper to get better ore), as it would give actual feedback on the new stuff you find. This could then be expanded on more if you want, but that idea shouldn’t be toooooo hard to implement but I feel would add to the game. I really like the idea you have, and love the different guys in each mine (nice small touches), but there are a bunch of ways to make it better show less

Feb 10, 2014 9:30am Loving the puzzle concept with the Fractured series, can’t wait for a third or another game (especially a puzzle concept) from you. I wanted to add a suggestion to the ‘hint’ system idea. Maybe when you click ‘hint’ a number or letter for each boarder of a fractured portion would be revealed. I.E. If the right boarder for one portion shows “A” and a left boarder on another portion shows “A”, this will show that those boarders connect once the picture is formed. This will allow you to keep the different cuts to your liking and will show the player where they may need to go next. If more than two pieces share the same boarder (e.g. Two right boarders share the same boarder to a portion’s left boarder) they would all show the same letter or number. Or instead of number/letter could perhaps use a color boarder indicator. show less

Feb 23, 2014 7:01am Your game is hard, forced me to watch your helping clip. But it’s the one of first things make my heart thrilling. I like your artwork, can you make more like it but decrease the hardness because there are too many pieces to use your mind to imagine and restore them.

Feb 16, 2014 10:39am I have a really big question. Why aren’t there badges added to every single game here in congregate? Please answer me.

The second barrier is that it’s up to Kongregate to decide which game is worthy of badges and that’s generally based on the rating. I’ve been told that Fractured 2, which has a 3.6 rating, does not meet that requirement and will not be getting badges. So now you know. show less

Feb 12, 2014 8:24pm I played the first game. In hindsight, I think it was more me than the game itself that I could not get the little girl to move as well. It’s a well done game, I just couldn’t get her to move on all of the screens. Maybe just a little more instruction on the play would have helped. Feb 9, 2014 2:53pm I must admit, that although i’m happy that you replied to my coment, the answer “dun dun dun” was less than revealing, so i’ll ask again:Is there any conection between the girl from the second Fractured and the boy from the first one?

Sorry, I should have put some musical notes around it or something. I’m not going to reveal any sort of plot arc I have for going forward, but I like your idea all the same.

Nov 28, 2013 10:20am I didn’t say the main menu is lagging. I said that there is a lot of lag before I even shot the first bear. Most people won’t waste time playing a game that is full of lag. As for the specs of my computer, I am not going to buy a $1,200 computer just so that I can play flash games.

That’s unfortunate with the performance. It’s really optimized, uses the fastest rendering method in Flash (blitting), but there is a lot on screen. Sorry about that!

Nov 22, 2013 7:46pm I love how you are commenting a lot of responses to comments in your games. Just goes to show that you aren’t some snobby person who chooses to keep their games’ players out of the loop on feedback and such.

No, I didn’t “rationalize” anything, nor was I passionate; you completely misunderstood. At no point do the figures in that level equate to ‘the old and infirm’. You’re presenting a game, with rules and icons, and you have one level with unusually shaped icons. One of the arenas has oddly-shaped icons and it is missing behaviour in the other arenas. There is no role-playing going on, there is no empathy, and the behaviour does not transit to behaviour outside the bounds of the game. I could write the Russian phrase for ‘the poor’ on a slab of sidewalk, and point to the pedestrians who walk on it unnoticed, and it would not be proof for insensitivity to the impoverished. show less

Feb 10, 2013 4:00pm I love Fractured. How long did it take you to figure out you needed vertical elements like streetlights, trees and billboards to orient the players as to where everything is in relation to each other? I had hoped for a button to hear the poem in its entirety after finishing the “story mode”.

BTW, the music during the sweet run is some mix of “Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya”? Because the music is badass as fu.ck, I played more than I should just to listen to the music .
