So to sum it up : Create a game, try to make it attractive and make people think they can play it free, then when the player have taken interest in it, make it quite impossible to play matches without paying, as to play matches you need 100 physical condition and to get it you need either to pay for it, or to success trainings that quickly become more than hard UNLESS *ding* *dong* you pay for stuff to make them easier.
