great demo with a lot of potential, hope you find the time to expand on this. I see opportunities for some cool boss fights, tournaments against bots to see who can get the most in a time limit, equipment tailored to catching certain kinds of fish, and maybe even a story about a man spending his life preparing for his conquest of the mighty kraken.

rangers range fully upgraded is a little broken, can shoot people from so far away that they dont even aggro. even if they were to aggro though all enemies are easy to deal with 1 or 2 at a time. could benefit from encounters that have a set number of enemies aggro at once for a challenge. neat skills though

great little game. i was expecting to have to give up both my left and right locomotion and then have to jump to get one of them back at one point, id consider adding a level like that kus itd be cool

i felt like i was fighting against the controls sometimes, maybe just because a single tap of the up key has him stand on a box hes in and it needs 2 to jump? still worth a playthrough great design

I almost got too bored as well but im glad i stuck with it. Well written and cute little story. The music was a really good fit too id like to know what it is.
