If the badge isn't unlocking for you, save the game on the end screen and refresh. When you reload the save the badge should unlock.
I had to do this to get my badge.
Some of gltiches are outreageous and they can screw you over out of completeing of level and with some truly obnoxious level design that is desgined to piss players I can't stand this game for more than a few minutes.

I can't even begin to explain all the flaws this game has. You sit there for 10 minutes wating for a circle to balance when it should and then it falls off. Awful, atrocious 1/5
I found this game to be a little easy and the songs are way too similiar. I swear at one point I'd played the same song twice with different names. Still automatic points for getting the controls spot on.
