please follow-up with a longer version. Someone said triple but I think double length would be better. Necessarily the grind is longer later so don't make it too long. Currently, it ends just as it is getting good (only had to change the gold princess once to beat it)
Holy shit. This is amazing. Absolutely what a great puzzle game should be. Simple, yet challenging and natural, holistic as hell. Awesome job. 5 stars. Great design is underrated.
I'd also like to add that when you are attacked in ssb, there are really no controls there either. I admit though that you do recover faster in ssb so it does seem like you have little control in this game, but really though the cpu is bound by the same thing. If you hit them out, they won't come back, the only issue seems to be ppl comparing the game to ssb.
I found the game to be just fine. Most ppl probably just need to lower graphics settings. Also this is not SSB, its a different thing all together. If you play it like SSB, of course you wont like it, this is a flash game ppl. Still controls do need some work and varies in difficulty far too wildly between levels, 3/5 stars.
good idea but it needs a quality feature (R-click doesnt seem to fix the problem) and it feels unresponsive to the point of being unenjoyable also it is too repetitive. 3/5
4/5 There are some glitches but overall very reasonable rules and physics... It does take practice but once you get it, it is rarely frustrating. 90% of the time the miss will be user error. The challenge is the best part, this game is not easy and thats what makes it so good. The physics where you can move adjacent balls out of the way is a good innovation and puts it past a mere clone. Nice job
excellent game... 5 stars... good difficulty for the badges although maybe hard badge is a little easy... ISSUES: 1) Make a way to have (an)other stage(s) after you survive and after you beat last level you win, although it is a high score game it would be nice to have a way to win... maybe after you beat the game there would be an endurance mode, going through the stages seamlessly and making the last one infinite... 2) Upgrades would be great... you could keep the endurance mode free of the upgrade system to promote fairness and seamlessness of game.
Beyond my wish for replay value this is the best game on kongregate Ive played in a very long while (learning curve is brilliant for increasing skill... ie the life savers, which you wont need as you get better).... Rant complete... if you agree with my issues/improvements +++
Small glitch... only happened a couple times but occasionally there will be 3 like tiles in a row that do not combo (if you try to move a fourth into line it rejects it as if it were a wrong tile). This seems to happen when there is a chain reaction after something like the purple-vial-thingy item is used... maybe a resources issue?... good tho 4/5
