The "Undefined" item doesn't make anything, revive companion is complex, the character can be exhausted (0% energy) but never stop jumping or walking, open the inventory pauses the game, and freezes the zombies, weapons like wooden sticks are hiper resistant (too much)
Except for this, beautiful and magnific game! :D
