For ease of looting, could you just have all the equipment on one screen? It's rather annoying to click back and forth to see which guy has the best gear. In fact, if you could put it all on the first screen that'd be best.

Lack of any real equipment progression. I think I beat the game using gear I picked up more or less in the second/third town. Also there wasn't really any sort of difficulty curve. Once I hit the second town I just mowed everything down. I dual wielded those slower swords and melted everyone's faces. I picked up the best armor that didn't touch my speed or coordination and then went to town. Combined with the various human abilities to reduce damage, things either didn't hit me or bounced off me doing no damage. Heck, I managed to kill the last "boss" in one round without taking a speck of damage.
