So it doesn't work in Chrome, it doesn't save progress properly or at all, it's buggy and stops working, the puzzles are almost impossible to solve without a walkthrough and/or pen and paper. I only persevered because I'm stubborn.
I'm going to play Sub Machine next to make myself feel better.
Although going round and round/over and over is quite annoying, it is possible to find most of the items and tablet pieces without using a walkthrough. I liked the 3d graphics and the creepiness.
It would have been useful to know at the beginning that you HAVE to go through the game at least twice in order to find all the tablet pieces (as in, finish one ending in the inevitable away and start again), but on the basis all your stuff remains it's not so bad.
Top tip! Open every box BEFORE clicking to look elsewhere, because you might not be able to go back!
Completed this one fairly quickly on normal setting, it helped that I had played the other Kong game first so that I got the feel for how Jo99 games handle.
Top tip, revisit EVERYTHING. You can pick up and put down some items quite a lot in different places, and some areas you can use more than once!
Nice little game, VERY short but well made. Nice to have the voice acting but it's very slow. And there were TERRIBLE spelling mistakes in the newspaper clippings!!!
This is not much of a game, all you need to do is click start, then defend and generally go and do something else whilst the game plays out and you win. You don't even need special items, just level up on some lower order battles in the multi-player.
I don't usually comment on things but I had for this game.
It isn't a particularly good pixel drawing game. When using the mouse all you need to do is drag your cursor along a row and it automatically fills in either an x or a block, unless for whatever reason you haven't filled in the grid in a pre-determined fashion. I'll play it for the badges but not because it's fun.
For a genuinely enjoyable version of this style of game, I would recommend everyone plays NoNoSparks instead. FAR superior.
The most annoyin thing aboutb this game is that key controls are the wrong way round when you play on a laptop, they don't come with number pads or mice! Ok game though.
I'm not sure how you're meant to develop a decent tank if every bubble with big enemies in is far too hard to clear, and then you have to start all over again. Seems a bit pointless.
I'd love to see a mute button to turn off the metal music that comes on when you're flying, I must prefer the cutesy music. And a restart button would be great, as would the ability to change your mind when you're buying things.
