This game feels like it had potential, but it all just starts blending together into generally unlikable stuff. I found myself doing the same strategies over and over, since they were the only ones that worked, and still dying. It's just one giant grindfest, For the first few stages I put up with it, but around the fifth stage, I started realizing just how repetitive this game gets. Fight some enemies, lose, swap some equipment, put the rest in a chest, hope you get good items, rest, level up if you leveled up, and go right back to getting killed. It just doesn't seem very fair to call this the 'best of 2017' when there are numerous other games I've played that aren't on that list that could fill it's spot so much better. But this is getting too long, so I'll just stop.
i was told by the creator themselves to play this game. I'm not sure i should've agreed to it.
Look, i get it, there's supposed to be a sense of upgrade and stuff, but how do you expect me to dodge enemies and bullets when my ship is lagging behind? not to mention over half of the upgrades are worthless. I didn't even feel an slight speed-up when i got the speed x2 option. trust me, i'm not gonna try and get on the leaderboard when the only one there is is a DAILY one. how am i supposed to feel accomplished when i get the high score, but when i log on tomorrow, none of my scores were changed? Look, this game has potential (tons, in fact), but i don't think you should be advertising a 0.3 version prototype. And nobody's ever on, so how am i supposed to 1v1 people and rek them :(
My general idea of this game: It's not bad, but it's unpolished. Even just a little bit more speed to the ship would make it so much easier to avoid bullets.
Thank you for your feedback. Will work on suggestions
