The fourth thing is Polly. Yep! That's Polly - The Pollinator! But joke aside, what meaning gave us Polly the parrot(whoops...). He means that Dregg doesn't want to being rejected by him because they are friends for a long(NOT GAY). There many factors what proves that say they are childhood(?) friends, but i'm such a lazybutt so i don't will list the all.
The LAST thing is... Dregg! Not that Dregg what we love to see, but happy Dregg. As mentioned later in game Dregg reveals that he afraid of himself. So there a conclusion that happy Dregg - alternate universe Dregg. He doesn't have those eyes what have BRAziel and he is look more healthy because: "when you have depression - just drink bear!". So this Dregg like dealed with death of Arc(or even didn't ever meet her) and was like: "Nah! I'm gonna forget about her and will live normal life and praise the Post Office!".

I have an analysis of Dregg's nightmare:
The first thing we see is a portal - meaning obscurity, but everyone is afraid of this so it isn't such a big deal.
The second is the chests which means two things - being known as the bad person in the society(in sexual meaning) thanks to Aria, and second is exagiration(and again in sexual meaning). IDK what the hell in Dregg's mind...
The third is puzzle with statues and there chance 75/25 this a fear or not. But if it does that means - voltage or sorta like this. Dregg doesn't like shit what happens in Rightia town but he must do that and he used to it so ok.
