We were having issues saving from the Flash client if you had gotten the bugged version that was up between 11am PDT May 10th and 9.30am PDT May 11th, when we fixed it. I'm sorry that you were affected by this. The fix for the issue requires refreshing the client. Unfortunately, that could mean some progress lost again. I am a new player, I just want to ask If i get new characters only in events or is it in a chain quest/mission. (I have not tried the royal highness mission yet)
There are 3 ways to get new Crusaders. 1) The events are the easiest place to get the new Crusaders, since as long as you can clear area 100/300 (and have 2500 Idols), then you can grab at least 2, if not all 4 Crusaders from an event. 2) The missions system will help you get Tier 1 event Crusaders, and then the Tier 2 event Crusaders once you have both Tier 1 Crusaders from the same event, over time while the events aren't running. 3) There are currently 6 Crusaders to be earned from completing all the Tier 1 level difficulty objectives for the first 6 campaigns. They unlock the 21st, 22nd and 23rd slots on the bench.
