At the end of A Company of Myself, there's a scene which explicitly says that Jack killed her. But it never goes into detail how, or even why. But I have to admit, blanks like these certainly make you really think about the story.
Great story, and very well-written dialogue! I found it ended kind of suddenly though. Do you plan to reveal how Kathryn dies, or do you leave it up the player to fill in the blanks? My interpretation is that in the last level, she and Jack were high on something and she overdosed.
