Making people wait for energy to recharge to complete missions is the biggest load of bullshit. There's no point and it makes me angry. Whatever chance I had of contributing to this game has vanished. Greed=I hate your guts. I'm going to F2P forever with adblocker. Thanks for the free gaming experience.
Would LOVE a "buy maximum number of buildings" function. It the code would just run through each lowest cost building one by one, thus maximizing the number of buildings you buy.
It's great, but it needs more late game stuff and more indefinitely trainable defensive skills so that I don't feel like I'm wasting points or not optimizing well late game.
Alright, I quit. I thought resetting would put you back to the beginning with your heroes, but I feel like I just deleted all my progress, so I don't care.
To beat the last level on any difficulty: capture 3+ giant stations, then pool a giant army into one of the teleporters (400+) and hit the center when there are no other black armies nearby. Capturing it wins the level.
Suggestion for the animation: instead of making it so that the planet looks like it has no gravity, just make the rockets have to travel about half the distance across the screen to hit the critical threshold for falling onto the next object.
Do NOT let the game end! I want to keep going after the final boss. Upgrading forever is fun. Knowing that you can't upgrade forever sucks. It's fun just to get really powerful and own things after you went through the work of beating the game.
I'm giving it 4/5 even though I think it's one of the best games because I think it has potential to grow. It really captures a lot of the things in a great Flash RPG. I think we should make a new official acronym called the FRPG.
I also admire the developer for being so quick to change things. That's why I'm bringing them up: this guy is awesome and deserves advice that will make his game grow.
Like I said, it has some potential to grow. Mainly we need multiple types of weapons rather than just something that does damage. For instance, 1 and 2 handed weapons are important.
Also, if you're skilled enough to make this game, I think you could also start smoking a bit of pot and coming up with something other than things you see in WoW and LOTR. I know the genre is based on that, but have some bravery to try to come up with some original creatures.
These are sequel suggestions.
Also, I absolutely love customization. If you could make things different colors by dying them I would friggin love you. Also, a PvP option would be sweet too. Put some nice pieces of hidden gear in the game, but make a variety of equivalent gear that can be used in different games. Then, throw in an arena where it'll match up players online.
Seriously that would be an epic flash game.
Sorry to hear it isn't your cup of tea. Thanks for trying it.
