I disagree with wwarrick that the game works. For one thing, the quests have twice now ended up basically crashing the game, in that I can't get out of the "quest completed" screen.
Come for the sweepstakes, stay for the... well, not for anything, really.
This might be the first idle game that I have played where it's possible to lose (buy something and then don't have enough money left to make a box). I don't actually don't want that to go away, mind you; I'd just like a "Game Over" screen telling me how foolish it is to not take more care of my finances.
Piotor04: If you look at the lower left corner of the achievement page, you'll find the requirements for the next trophy of whatever type of building you just clicked on.
BraveDogBFG: Well, strictly speaking, when you click on the "Port" button, you're basically taking a trip down to the port, instead of staying in town where the warehouses are. As such, it does make perfect sense to get stuff to the port, and send it back to the warehouse.
This just isn't a game that should last for more than 15 minutes. Now, I know how tempting it is that when your idea becomes a hit, and you think "let's give them more of the same!", but contrary to what many people think, more is not always better. Realising the limitations of a concept is an important part of finding out its full potential.
I wish the developer all the best for the future, and that they will consider this a lesson to be learned.
Dreamfield: In the "Upgrades", "Evolution", etc screens, there's a small question mark icon in the top right corner. Hover over that, and you'll get the tutorial for those pages.
For the main page tutorials, you can go to the "Config" where you'll find a button called "Tutorial Log".
So not only does the game keep track of how much coal I've gotten, but it also believes it's "Dandy!" whenever I get some. Man, talk about rubbing salt in the wounds... Or possibly coal in the wounds.
killdamnation: Not something wrong. Newspaper prices increases faster than oil wells. This is because you're supposed to (eventually) be able to buy 6 000 oil wells, but only 3 500 newspapers. That, and newspaper achievements add multipliers to a lot of stuff, so yeah, they get most expensive soon enough.
okiimiru: Did you take into account that the demoninator changed? As in, where it used to say, for example, "sixtrigillion", it now says "quattortrigillion"?
shorty899: A clone starts out as one thousandth as powerful as yourself. But by doing several things, you will decrease this divider, which will make each clone more powerful. Creating clones -even when you've reached the max limit- will thus increase their attack, and getting clones killed in battle will increase their defense and HP.
Donovan: You start with a max limit on clones. To increase this limit, you will have to get clones killed in battle (not effective until you rebirth), or you can spend god power.
Sarto: It is the second. If you hover your mouse over "physical" in the Stats window, you'll see that each Physical Power adds 1/4th of Attack Power.
ludwick: Rebirthing mainly multiplies all your bonuses -if- you have defeated at least one more god than you did the last playthrough. It's necessary in order to move down the list on gods and monsters to defeat.
Oh, and seems like there's been an update so that whenever you click "fight", you'll immediately see what damage (if any) you're inflicting on the god you're fighting. Good update!
Veirdonis: Creating light and stones and whatnot will give you multipliers. Multipliers are good.
dnelord: If you click on Statistics to the right, you'll find that the Attack Power is calculated for you. As long as it's higher than the god's defense (which is the calculation of its power level divided by 4.2), you'll do damage to it. A fair amount easier, no?
Thanks ! that was what we meant exactly ! You are at the port so you get them from the warehouse :)
