It’s my first game on Kongregate, so don’t have much experience with the Kongregate API, but I’m willing to learn it. If its just about uploading I’m sure I can help you :D. Once I figure something out considering the Kong API, I can sure we can help each other. Note the I have just experience in Java Script but not in Java. I don’t what technology they are using. :)

I’m sorry that you are having trouble with this. As I could use ESC or right click in tests I never knew that there is a problem. And no I haven’t changed it. This is a standard construction, used by many other games here on Kong. I never believed this would cause such a problem. May I ask what browser do you use and do you test on mobile phone?

I was thinking about the problem you described. I think you’ve used a script blocker or a browser that is blocking/not supporting it. That is unfortunate because this is an HTML 5 Game, which is using JavaScript. Opening a menu can be done changing CSS (so the layout of the html site), but as soon as right click or hit ESC the Javascript is involved and this will stuck (leaving you tthe o loud music). I can’t really solve that, but at least I can get rid of the starting music and reset the starter volume. I will also display a message in case somebody has blocked his scripts. I usually test the games that I publish a lot, but this is the first HTML5 Game with using RPG Maker MV. As there are some HTML5 games with the same technology in the top ranking of Kongregate, I never believed I had to handle with such as problems. I will however solve them.
