It's cool for a first game, but I can't help but feel that the character doesn't fit the setting, despite your palette changes; the controls also seem a little finicky and/or dysfunctional, particularly because I prefer not having to hold shift down for extended periods of time simply so I can see half of the screen..
I'm going to be posting a list of all the updates I plan on making to the game on the blog within the next week or so. I shall make it available for everyone to see and post a link here - thanks for the feedback, it is much appreciated.
The green archer dude who keeps popping up as an enemy has a habit of teleporting behind the enemy base, so I have to fight through that before I can get to him. It's annoying because if I have a single unit left which should easily slaughter him, I have to punch through a damn tower whilst being hit with 3 arrows a second. ;-;
I found an annoying glitchy bit, if you manage to block up the left upper corner, you can't start at the beginning of the next round. D:
A really nice game though. :3
yes, if you block that area, you won't be able to start, so you'll have to give up. Remember, this game is a metaphore of human thinking. The unfair situations are just representing that the people's mind sometimes face situations wich are cannot be handeled sanely.
Well, it isn't really a good game for what it is. If your going to make fun of something, make it a good game? Otherwise it IS offensive. I kind of side with those who are slating this, but only because you couldn't go through with the effort of actually making a decent game.
