@frothgar it takes both the carpenter and the blacksmith (both will have to be free when you want to create it). There are other combinations for other job types aswell
a good game. It could be a lot harder though.. Had 1 tactic during each stage (building);
1). on a regular day buy an equal amount of each type music and test which genre is most popular
3). buy stock to the buying pattern of the customers
4). keep a buffer in each stock for unexpected buying behavior (on regular days)
5). build your store out to the point it supplies 140% of your regular day customers (40% for busy day investments)
6). when it becomes useful buy the listening booth and balance out the 140% again
7). trie to upgrade the cashier as soon as there are 3+ customers waiting and buy the Hi-Fi as soon as it becomes affordable
7). !! ignore the negative customers when starting up the shop and focus on getting the most secure way of income
in the last building this resulted in this:
space for 380 cd's
standard stock: 100 pop, 70 urban, 50 dance, 30 classics, 50 indie
on busy days I add some pop, urban and indie..
this works quite well for me :)
what the ****! I kill the intire population of a town, but for some reason ahlf way, the mouse image stops dragging and I can't do anything with the mouse, not even collecting money...
stupid bug...
Nice Concept, I can see a load of possibilities with that.. Is indeed too repetative and easy somehow.. Maybe play with the coordinates more, or add a distance fade in it, how further away, how less alpha the line has or something....
Of course I like to play this game. But it is a proven concept of at least 15 years old. nice to play it again though!
the difficulty curve was not really what it should be (swap 18 & 19 for example) so I rate this game 4/5
nice rithm game :)
but if I where you, I'd see the chords as a group, so not every note on it's own there.. otherwise the chord, chord chord, series are quite weird to play...
further more, it's far too easy...
3/5 cheers...
