1. i have all 4 titles, but i've played this game some time ago, so i don't remember how did i get these. titles are: guardian, tyrant, watcher and scourge -- maybe names will help you. 2. you got fire breath by eating fire. did you try eating a candelabrum?
I got the same problem with the mug. I got it somehow, without a gun in my hand. I opened the left locker, looked at the code for the charger (square, circle, triangle), went one or two steps to the left at then clicked on the mug. I got it finally ;).
