I have a neat lil' exploit. With the Pet Jail Break Twist and the Barbarian; If you land a roll inside both pet rescues just as the chapter boss spawns (5:00 or 10:00) you will get to choose 3 boss perks and beat the boss twice.
Didnt have the same Gems as vinton1640, But used his combo "(3 Shadowkillers with attack gems +30/15/15 , Juliet-S with ela +25 gem, and Devourer with health gems +500/350/350)" , the only diff was I jammed all my Speed Gems into my Devourer and got to level 25 easy.
Haha read other comments and im not first to find shop dammit. I look like an idiot now. Also walked to next screen and found stonefell, a much better reference point.
Thank you very very much Casz, I was stuggling a bit. With your vital knowledge i worked out that the formula for calculating exp required to advance a level is EXP= 100(1.15)^(LEVEL-1) or presented in X and Y terms, y=100(1.15)^(x-1). That is a much nicer looking formula.
Just calculated the equation for calculating exp needed to level up. Like if I wanted to know how much exp you would need to get from level 65-66. My equation has an r^2 of 1 so it fits.
y = 86.912e^0.1397x..... (y=total exp, x=level) My question is why is that so goddamn ugly? Does any one know how to do that natural log thingy?
suspected there was a pumpkin in the level up screen, so was gaining EXP in target range, nek minute, 132 COMBO!!!!!! And there isnt, there is three in casino.
Bit of a weird suggestion, but here goes... I found that going LRLRLRLRLR for the swimming pool helped with my drumming. I suggest a harder "pool" quest where you must do paradiddles. What is a paradiddle? LRLL RLRR. This game would then teach you an awesome skill.
!!!!Those that think that target practice is too hard!!!! I went from level 65 to 66 in 15 mins using solely the target range. That is a little over 750,00 exp. Keep on practising!!!!! Hold cursor close to the water edge in the centre, that makes it easier to get the far away ones (which are the most common combo-breaker). Turn up double click speed in control panel, and double click too, as you can sometimes get double hits. You cant get better advice than this so rate up.
With the bank and a little time you have pretty much unlimited money. The problem then lies in gaining exp. The target range can give huge amounts, if you can make huge combos. Thats why its soooo hard. However after a little practice you get heaps better at it (Make a focus point in center that you return to after every successful hit). I just got a 30x combo so it is possible. This is the key to becoming a powerful ping. +1 if happened to stumble upon this random comment
ohhhh I know,, I reckon the target should give u more points for how close to the centre you get. That would make the 50x combo way easier cause I cant get more than 15 at the moment. Makes sense right??!??
There is alot of finance theory that can be applied to this. Because there is a market interest rate (at the bank) money at the beginning of the game is worth alot more than money in the later in the game, which you must keep in mind. The returns from investments must also be discounted. For example the 10k advertising may seem like a good investment, but the gain in profit is unlikely to exceed the money earned from having it saved in the bank. Assuming 1k extra profit every ten minutes (this is very high estimate, remember you have to spend alot of time catching and cooking and waiting for sales), It would take an 1h 40m to break even, and thats paying constant attention to the game the whole time (would love to show workings but I had to use a spreadsheet to calculate). At $500 per 10 mins it takes 4 hours. If you invested 10k after an hour and a half its worth almost 12k, and after 4 hours its worth 16k. All the math and factors im ignoring (like gains from rewards) are killing me
This is just about my 1st comment, even thou im kong lvl 43. So when Im posting that this game is good, this game must be really really good. One of the best on Kong, I couldn't work out if I was playing Final Fantasy or Borderlands. Really well done.
