" After hard tugging on the left lung , I think I finally managed to rip it out , but , I threw it across the room.... I think I may have lodged a pen into his left side , I'm not sure if I can get it out... I managed to get two scapels in lodged into his heart , I can't pull them out.... they seem to be stuck.... "
