When I open chests the game freezes and I have to reload the page. The auto-pause fix doesn't seem to work anymore and I receive no items or gold when I reload the game, unlike when there was a problem with the chests before, but the chest is still gone.
The moment a chest is open, the contents are saved to the server, except for the gold from normal Silver Chests, which we are looking into as well. You can see the contents of your chests by pressing "P" on the keyboard and bringing up your play history. If you play in low quality mode and turn off auto-progress before opening a chest, it lowers the chance of it crashing.
The game keeps freezing when opening chests. Did I still receive the loot from the un-turned cards? It happened twice in a row within ten minutes of each other. The game appears to be running extremely slowly in the background, but I am unable to click on the cards or the close button. The only thing I can do is reload the page.
We're looking into why chest opening is crashing for some players.
The moment you open a chest, the contents are saved to the server. You just don't get the new item stars since those are cleared by a refresh. The only thing lost is gold from Silver Chests and we're looking into that.
You can now view your history by hitting "p" and it will list the contents of those chests so you can see what you got.
