RE: the warp speed problem - for me at least wondered if it was a cookie-entanglement from another site with the same game (in my case FreeGamesNews). Clearing the original site cookies took care of it, but it's still a bug. Lots of games on Kong are available elsewhere....
The gameplay is essentially the same as an older one called "Chain Factor", which isn't on Kong. But worth looking up if you're so inclined - not as pretty, but with many more play options.
RE save games: The game does save progress on Adult Swim, but not here. I tried copying over the SOL files, but still no save (usually works with copying from other sites). The Kong version has many more .sol files than the Adult Swim version does, it's buried deeper in the file tree, and the file is named differently (burrito-bison-revenge.swf vs. bbr_k.swf. Have a suspicion something went wrong in translation from site to site, but I'm no programmer......
Anybody else see that the last couple of updates you get credited again for "1st level" quests you already completed? If I recall right got a duplicate quest credit for a low-risk "double or nothing" in the casino, and another for shooting 5 in a row in the target range.
If quest count contributes to the game as a whole at some point, not really fair to those who started later.
Did manage to make the snail combo, though it takes a while - have to hit the fall pattern just right (best ever now at 63), and figure out how far "outside the bucket" still counts. Target practice - max 35 at this point. Problem for me is not speed, it's SIZE - I get the coolness of target size changing with distance/perspective, but those itty-bitty targets get me every time. Otherwise it's more a zen thing - don't count, don't think, just do it.
Alright, what's with the hairy guy in a bikini top and a ballcap at the fishing hole? Someone else mentioned him (her? it?) but I thought they were kidding. Hah.
You know what, I'm upping my rating from 4 to 5. The fact that I'm wasting so much time on this game is a credit to the developers, but a debit to me - serious indication that I need to get a life.
It's all wrong - bison aren't used in bullfights. And they don't shop in stores. And Gummies aren't bouncy, they're mostly just squishy. Anyway, in the Candyland game there are no real gummies - gumdrops are NOT the same thing.
Guess I have to keep playing just to find other stuff to complain about. And get through that stupid door. :)
I'm a match-3 junkie, but afraid to say it's just another of a bazillion "keep going until you die" versions. Gameplay, graphics, and music aren't bad, but needs a unique "hook" to make it stand out.
We got a hedgehog, a turtle, and a penguin. Where's the "Homerun in Berserkland" geek?!?!
Seriously, between the music (my soft spot) and the great gameplay, it's an addictive winner.
EXCEPT IF YOU DROP/TRHOW THE PLANE BACKWARDS and clog up the interweb tubes. This definitely needs to be fixed.....
