I can't figure out how to shoot a gun

Chapter 1: Load the gun with the mag and then click it to shoot it. Then, unplug the light and make the tazer next to the lamp fall on the floor. Next, click the tazer again to turn off the lights and shock him against the wall. Finally, click the gun to shoot him and kill him and then you have won Chapter 1!
