I belive there should be a wait limit on the weapons instead of how many you get make it say how many turns untill you can use them so people cant use nukes on the first round when they get in a position under someone else so say for the first 2 rounds you can only use the basic shot then so on and so on which will make the games last a little longer and give everyone a little bit more of a fair chance
