So for some reason when I'm idling it keeps transcending on its own. Is that supposed to happen? I don't have auto-transcend on and it's actually preventing me from progressing because it's just doing before I even get the same amount of mythos I got the previous transcendence.
That didn't really answer me. I saved after buying Particle B, and the research for it is still gone to show that I did get it, but it says it's locked.
So I unlock Particle B, go offline, then come back later to find that I no longer have Particle B, yet the research to get it is still gone from when I bought it earlier. What happened?
You really need to do something about the saves suddenly disappearing. This is the second time it's happened to me this week, and no amount of reloading brings them back.

check options, game autosaves every 30 minutes and cooldown for manual save is 60 seconds. If you close the game the game do not save.
