It would be nice to have the ability to cancel a dialog sequence to go back or skip immediately to the last line in the sequence. I would occasionally would hit 'z' too many times and launch into a sequence I'd already heard, which lead to spamming 'z', and repeat.
Color change weapons gathered from levels 10-14 in order:
Huntress(bow)->Purple, Warrior(sword)->yellow, Barbarian(axe)->Green, Wizard(staff)->Blue, Rogue(daggers)->Red
BUG Build 51a: Regenerating a galaxy with fewer systems than the original can lead to some weird galaxies.
The first system set isn't deleted but the warp gates are so you need to travel between systems manually to reach those outside the warp gate network to achieve things like "destroy all pirates." Fortunately, the old warp gate network in each system remains.
Also, is there no way to toggle the galaxy map off?
Memory leaks, page needs to be refreshed every 3 to 5 levels to keep it running smooth (even on low graphics, +1 for the right-click menu, though.) Some major lag with items on the ground. Especially noticeable with Arch Druid on the field spamming eggs. Eggs end up being unclickable because of the lag.
Mouse clicks in general seem to be a problem.
tested on Firefox and Chrome (12/15/2013).
Someone else should bug report this. I'm done. I'll check back in 6 months to see if it was cleaned up.
Pausing game when clicking outside window = good
Forcing me to click in center of screen & simultaneously moving my sprite during resume = bad. That's a way for players both to abuse the system and be abused by the system.
Add a freaking keyboard button to allow me to resume, or better yet, don't move the char if it is paused!
Like: Basic idea and First campaign. The premise is good, the basic mechanics are nice and the first campaign is well balanced.
Dislike: Lack of hotkeys, poor click accuracy (are the icons for the troops bigger than the hit box?), *slow* game speed, stupid AI (archers against my knights? Why do I mobilize only 1 defender automatically if you're going to force me to defend at all? Why do my archers run ahead and melee with myrimidons? What is the point of having an ogre behind a castle since I can't ever reach it because my troops always attack instead of going where I tell them to?), and the unit balance (mounted troops in campaign 2 are overpowered. Map ends once I build 2 sets.)
And please, please speed it up.
I'd really like to be able to hold off on a character's turn or set the order in which my characters will attack, as most of my characters with buffs end up having a turn order after the high-damage attackers I'd like to have buffed.
Oh a starter pack... I guess I'll start with that. :click: Oh, I gotta click again... huh? Insufficient funds? You want me to pay for something labeled *starter* pack!?
Gee, I wonder what this play experience is going to be like.
I like the series, but... please stop attempting to trick players by adding unnecessary stones. This is the fourth game. We know better and it doesn't make the actual puzzle any more difficult. Focus more on making levels with multiple solutions so our scores actually mean something! Please!
Oh, and hotkeys. Not that you'll change or add anything for me; other people have been saying the same thing for four games... Now that I think about it, why do I bother to post? Oh right, because I've already typed it out and clicking buttons is somehow satisfying.
