The ultimate bullcrap..... I was on the final boss, and couldn't see the one move available on the board due to the Octopus's arm being in the way. He takes the move once my time runs out, then the board resets. I spend the whole time looking for a playable move but can't find one. As soon as my time runs out, it says there were no moves and shuffles. The octopus then kills me, when I left him with 36 health.....
