Can you reduce the damage of the Rail Guns? They keep killing me in 2 shots

Keep moving and jumping around.
Some people are Raging in the chat room that their game won't load properly, 1 is at the download screen but has not been loading for 2 hours, and the other is stuck at FreeRangeGames screen, also for 2 hours, and the other has been loading for so long until he didn't care how long it loaded but it's laptop was connected to the PC's screen.. can you solve the problem?
