This is definitely improved over the first game, with more zombies, more survivors, and I think a few weapons that weren't in the first...
Probably the best removal is the fact that the survivors seem to die less on parties, which is nice not only because it makes it easier, but also because it makes it seem more of your fault when your party members die.... All in all, a 4 out of 5.

The game's fun on the lower difficulties, but the game gets so hard that it could definitely be called cheap... especially on heroic/impossible challenge...(still can't beat the damned caretaker!)
Additionally, while the songs are good, there's only 2 of them, and one class is missing... so, altogether, I'd give it 3/5, and that may be even too generous....
