If you get a blank with anything other than two blues before it, reject, and if you get a red at any point you need to feed back to the beginning of your tester. The whole thing can be done with three choosers, and no more than 13 parts total, but there’s plenty of solutions that work that use more. There may even be one that uses less. Good luck.
