The game is fun, but repetitive and plain. It would be nice to have some variation in the background, enemies, sounds, etc. I was able to figure out how the mechanics of maximum levels work (your primary is limited only by the max level of the weapon, but your others are limited by both the max level of the weapon and the slot), but I would have liked some explanation.
Since this is an Idle RPG, we should be able to hire Pings to automate tasks such as fishing and catching snails. We can already automate burger-making, which is great, but I'd love to see that automation extended to other areas.
This plays like a demo of an extremely awesome game. Add more content (upgrades, enemy types, game types, achievements, etc.) and you'll have a definite winner. The mechanic is a great idea and the game feels very polished. 4/5 for lack of content.
I know it's simple, but it was for a 3 day contest and I'm no pro coder. I'd love to hear any suggestions anyone has to make this game awesome and delicious :D
Loved it. This game is so well-made it could be a sequel to BIT.TRIP BEAT. I won't be surprised if this game becomes one of the highest-rated on Kongregate. One problem that I struggled with when attempting the normal difficulty was the synchronization. The rudimentary test on the settings screen is simply not good enough for the fine-tuning a game such as this needs. Please add a better synchronization tool.
An amazing concept that sadly fails in execution. Collision detection is awful, platforming is way too difficult, and it's even easier to avoid enemies than to defeat them. Some sort of introduction to the gameplay would help immensely, as defeating enemies seems quite hit-and-miss for me.
