@zotjes95 - Suiciding means that you recklessly attack every country you can until you are no longer able to. It doesn't mean that you have to leave just one troop in every country you have. For example, imagine That you have some troops in Australia and many on Siam. You attack with the ones you have on Siam until you can't do it any longer, but you still have more than one troop in Australia. It's still suicide.
And how am I doing it wrong if I've won doing it?
@Krillifix - You're assuming that tactics are only employed with the intent of winning, which is incorrect. Suicide is a tactic because it is a way of achieving a goal, the goal usually being getting back at someone, turning the tables, or, albeit rarely, winning.
You ask how many people have ever won by suiciding. Well, I do not have a number, but I can tell you that I have, multiple times in fact. Suiciding doesn't mean that you have to kill everything you can until all the countries you own have only one troop. A combination of social engineering, suicide and strategy is needed to win, and these are actually the characteristics a great player must - or should - possess.
Suicide is a tactic like any other. Cry us all a river about how much suicd3rs r teh sux0rs if you want, but I bet you use a tactic too, which makes you a hypocrite.
