I represent private sector from sceret system named Free Thoughts.
Im very troubled with conquest and building mines , creating infrastructure (etc.) which is not avaible for Us.
Also it looks like when we conquer planets it get instantly free from our contract about .... very bothside lucrative agrements.
Is there any chance,mr. Tutnix you would support our private scheme?
Imagine plants drilling more money, camps to ... hire workers.... Power plants and upgrading cities.

Dear IceAizen Representative of Free Thoughts (seems that's the first time I'm not speaking to a Commander), the idea of infrastucture is indeed a marvelous one. I'll speak with our lawyers to sign some deals with the locals of these planets ... well or maybe not, since these planets are already conquered and belong to the Commanders.
