Unbelievably cruel difficulty, but not a bad game aside from that. I'd be lying if I said I didn't play it a dozen or so tries. Is it truly possible to reach the top?
"Intelligent computer opponent" just folded to a check. His buddy called all-in with 84o on AK8KA board, apparently not recognizing that there is no such hand as three-pair. This was the first and only hand of this I will play.
CPU does not actually attempt to win. Recommended highly for people with literally none of either self-esteem or friends; 2-player mode acceptable if you're somehow in a room with a computer and no paper, such as the apocalyptic future.
This is hilarious, but not for the reason you intended it to be. I love how the score is in increments of 420, and that there is a health bar floating in the bottom that doesn't actually work.
Minimalist graphic style very effective. Could have the enemies flash or get knocked back when they get hit, though, something feels off about that. If it were played in "Waves" with new enemies getting introduced and the level layout changing, you could be onto something. In a nutshell: it already doesn't suck, and it has potential to be pretty rad.
Tremendously juvenile and controls remind me of trying to move the text cursor in Word. No real interesting challenge (it would be nice to have a reason to ever move, like enemies on the lines. Didn't stick around after level two.
This isn't horrible, but it is deeply, deeply flawed. The enemy projectiles look like placeholder graphics. Projectile monsters can destroy you quickly but all other enemies are impotent. I like how it is hard to aim on the run, but it's frustrating how you seem to never get any ammo for the guns you like, and even at max level, the starting pistol is no fun to play with. You could make a good game out of this, yet. But this version is not it.
You have probably played a Mario game before. You most likely have working eyes. How can you look at this game and go "Yes, I have captured the tight controls and interesting levels of Mario World FLAWLESSLY. Time to release my masterpiece to the world!!"
