There's a glitch with the reduction of price with Green Jackets. It doesn't happen.

There should be an achievement for unlocking everything, which keeps it unlocked in next levels.
Glitch! When playing with the French on a medium level, after unlocking the Earthworks, it disappears after next wave starts.
