Hey so I have a problem with chapter 5 I think it is, where the clue is: the answer is 10. The tiles I've got can all be used to create a large 0, and since 10 is one zero, creating a single zero I thought would have been an obvious answer. But it wasn't... so..... I think the clue should get changed, or accept that as an answer. Just my 2 cents.

Sweet mercy I made the comment on the last game about sorting by amount of mutations instead of binary, and the feature is now in this version of the game! I must.... use this power for good!
Great concept introductions - teaching by example and experimentation. It seems a bit rough though to have to restart the level when you overload a box, and the restart is so quick you don't get a chance to figure out where you went wrong. Maybe just have the miss-step reverse instead? Makes it a might easier I suppose, but a bit more enjoyable.
While it's pretty obvious the museum is sorted according to binary positions of the leafs, it makes it really hard to know when to start throwing out your old clovers of a tier. Eg. I can't tell if I should start mutating 3 leaf clovers because it's hard to see if I've still got some 3 leafs left to find. If instead the leaves were sorted according to number of muted leaves and THEN binary that would make this a lot easier.
There is a hitbox bug where when upgrading if you hold the mouse on the edge of a button it will start flickering, and if you click while doing this a seemingly random amount of money is deducted with no upgrade. For the ground coil health upgrade it deducts 50$

Woah... I might have jumped the gun. I think level EP gains are set in stone, it's only the high score you can grind up... Please make sure this comment is above the other so no one is mis-informed. I just down-ranked it so that might be enough.
To those of you saying that grinding can't be done, just try a level that requires a resettable goal. The earliest one being stage 4. The goal is to have 12 viruses on screen, just keep infecting cells and killing off viruses before you hit 12. This way you can have enough points to buy more upgrades in the later levels.
Achievements need announcements... and rewards!
Also, please add another song, the one you have is good, but no one likes to listen to the same song for the hour this game is going to take to beat. 4/5
Seriously needs some more powerups, or at least make the ones they have more common. Also, some ideas for more powerups:
Algorithm: Sorts all the blocks within a 4 block square.
Empty Trash: Destroys all blocks of the type it lands on.
Plus if you want to see these too!
The inclusion of toasty makes this game epic, the inclusion of nudity/swearing does not.
I prefer my games clean. However I like how this game works smoothly and also the 'just for fun' songs such as Cirno's Perfect Math Class. The note files are great, lots of chaos in some places with stream in others. Might I suggest more open songs to start, as a means by which players have better choice to unlock further songs. Also, this game needs multiplayer, one person one top, the other on the bottom.... switch!
Slow control system made it difficult to keep playing, great story made it difficult to stop.
Also, best scoring system ever. YOU GOT 8000 PTS!! *ultimate champion lights flash* Oh.... whats this? You did not complete the game in 0 seconds? MINUS PTS!!! YOU HAVE 4000 PTS!!!! *Good Job!* You died? More than once? MINUS PTS!!! You have 2000 points... loser.
