I really like the concept of the game and hope for future updates. A thing i disliked so far is, if you go beyond 100 speed and then go for the negative speed gain enemies, you still decrease though you should have some stats "banked".

And since apparently stats of the same type of charakter can differ to see the min/max possible stats possible

Maybe add an indicator for stacking buffs like addict or killing streak?
