@ soph93: make sure that you are saving the files as you are updating them. I was having the same issue, but once I saved the files to the same folder they functioned correctly.

Good game, there seems to be a bit of a bug with sending troops, though. I will reduce the amount of units to send, yet it will send them all regardless. Still good game, finished it and liked it,
