Can we have a 3d map and we can move objects on some sort of 'scale' so they can be in front of something else instead of everything being 2d

Can you make a more realistic death for the ragdoll? For example one shot to the head and the ragdoll dies because it takes to bullets to the same spot (on the head) to kill the ragdoll.
