Same thing with researchers. I don't see any point having any. You spend all the time researching anyway and my science never ran out since 30 minutes of gameplay. Maybe I'm doing something wrong though.
So I have 55 Gyms and 60 trainers. My 256 Trimps have 7B+ hp and 4.22M block. I farm level 9 maps now. Monsters there damage for up to 500M. Does block suck at this point? It seems like I could just fire those trainers and send em to chop or mine. Btw, it's 60 trainers out of 441 total workers.
So I was having fun the first 40 minutes of the game. An then I got to 5th pinata and almost instantly bought highest-tier stuff (lightsaber, last glove and already had all skills maxed out). Next 70 minutes of my life were awful: my wrist was hurting, I had no ways to increase my stats any further and that frakking parrot just wouldn't die. FOR 70 minutes! This is ridiculous and incredibly.. stupendously idiotic. Long story short, my 4/5 turned into 1/5. Thanks devs.
There's no usual jrpg tactics involved in this game. All bosses are immune to CC which makes it a dull dps fest. Inability to skip poorly voiced cutscenes between cities is frustrating. The fact that devs are waiting for people to pay money for this game when there is at least Epic Battle Fantasy (which is free) (and there are several parts) is really confusing me.
The controls are wonky and not responsive. Often when you want to go 2 block you go all the way to the wall and get stuck there for a bit. The game lags as hell especially when you get hit. I know that flash puts some heavy work on old systems but not like this. Time for some Shadow of Mordor - it doesn't lag.
Ok, I've completed the game. It is really great but a few things kinda frustrated me:
1. Zombies with guns.
2. Zombies surviving a head-on collision with an RPG missile. I get that zombies are tough SOBs but seriously?
3. The gameplay is too repetitive. So the hard badge is really a medium endurance badge.
And I say that again: the game is good, 4/5.
