Hey man, I'm playing this game on a touchpad. The badge is hard, I haven't gotten to wave 14 yet... but wave 9 is as far as you can get? I hit wave 11 several times and I'm pretty sure if I had a mouse this would be way easier. I haven't even glanced at a walkthrough yet.
Toughen up brah.
I had fun playing this game as it was still puzzling; however there is an incredibly simple way to beat each puzzle. Take the given numbers; the number opposite that number (6 and 1, 5 and 2, 3 and 4) will be on the square of the same color that is not adjacent to that square. Adjacent squares are those of the same color that are directly to any of the 8 directions around the square (up, down, left, right and the 4 diagonals). Every puzzle may be solved this way fairly quickly and methodically. Once you recognize the patterns it becomes grunt work :s
Fun risk-like game. Appreciated the "larger map." Found that pretty fun. Only concern is that the game felt a little easy. That hard badge was no problem, except for the first level... which felt hit-or-miss on being able to complete in 6. Had fun though :)
Btw, Europe Challenge = WW2?
Fun for a while. Hard mode gets frustrating, but I guess that's what it's there for. May I suggest that when paused the screen should be blanked Tetris style? I understand that in a game like this it's good to know where you are when you're going to unpause, though I find that it's a pretty easy exploit to just pause, adjust direction and unpause. Doing this quickly enough seems to get around just about any obstacle combination at high speeds.
I'm finding the game more tedious than difficult... Though I suppose for it's genre this is about as far as it can go; aside from making it *more* tedious, which really has infinite potential in any game. 4/5
