Instead of hopping around between jobs, why not try sticking with one until that person no longer needs you? I started with chieftain and worked backwards. The only time to make "heroic" decisions in the game is when the associated stat is 10+. (i.e. don't try to break up a fight if you have 4 strength!)

Not rigged. And, to the person who said "no agility" - meh. I ended the game with 21 agility and 100 Morale. It's possible :)

Interesting how the mage on the high ground takes the cake. I had 3 warriors up front, maxed out mage on the high ground with an archer beside him, healer in the corner, and another warrior to protect the mage's side.
