@brody higgins @xr71 That's a normal occurrence for example if your character's leg was disabled, you have to disable another limb or wait until they bleed out. Hope I helped

Brilliant game a worthy sequel only 1 complaint; when you go to finish off a knocked over enemy some times you end up jumping around him without killing him 4/5

I collected a major veteran in my transport helicopter.i didnt know how to take him out again so i clicked the ground and a bomb came out killed the helicopter nearby vip and 3 civies good news i got my veteran back lol

my game didnt load first time so i refreshed and it worked fine after that.hope this helps.
