In a corner, jet-black lettering would read as the initials ‘JQ’, written in fine lettering styled by slightly curved ends and extremities. On the same spot, if Irish flipped the tissue over, would read the letters ‘IP’ written in the same lettering, encircled by a four leafed-clover hollow shape, drawn black like the lettering. Even though made of metal, the fabric would bend, fold and act like any tissue or cloth, so much the threading was fine. The handcrafted work was light and nearly floated like silk would the same way a feather drifts through the air. On the folded cloth rested a simple rectangular card, on which were written the words ‘Nollaig Shona’ in the same font as the gift’s initials. Signed was “Seven”, humbly traced in a corner. The card was a black carton, smooth to the touch, the lettering gold and the signature white.
