Please move owned items, pets etc to the bottom of the list

The inability to move and attack at the same time, and the inability to turn while attacking were frustrating oversights. Otherwise good game.

Is there a keyboard button for triggering a wave early? If not, there really should be, I feel like I'm wasting precious killing time and money :p
