Just finished level 34... lovely game! The solutions are not too far fetched, you can figure it all out with just some logical thinking. To everyone who can't solve level 4: don't feel stupid, I had the same problem. You should just know that you can't solve a level in steps. You have to put all the items that are in your directory on the right spot at once, and only after doing so, click the power button. Now, sit back and watch... if it didn't work, one or more items are not correctly placed. Replace them (and remember to use every single item you have!) and try again.
